You must take time to get to know someone. You may end up building a strong relationship with them and have reverence for their characteristics, compassion, knowledge, wisdom, and differences. There is no reason to be disrespectful to anyone. Difficult conversations can cause stress and there is no need to add additional judgement; proceed with difficult discussions with respect. Treat people without judgement so the relationship can continue to grow.

Reverence is a problem in all work environments. Reverence is based off trust, intelligence, neutral feelings with fellows while forming balance in discussions. People let their opinion fight conflicting ideology. Anger is a reason fellows forget to behave for the greater ideology in human disagreements. Community is balance and thankfulness for giving conversation lessons we need for progressing human listening and collaboration to collect facts for decision making to innovate beyond a single person ideology that produces outcomes mightier for the whole.
